My name is Katy Wilson (she/her) and I am a Ph.D. student at the Yale School of the Environment.
My research focuses on the role of corporations in the climate transition. More specifically, I am interested in exploring:
the private governance systems that support corporate climate transitions
defining and evaluating credible transition plans
how we can proactively evaluate companies progress against their transition plans using forward-looking indicators
Prior to starting my PhD, I worked at a climate tech start-up and was part of the Climate and Extreme Event Risk Group with Dr Jane Baldwin (now UC Irvine).
